I know that most videos that are viewed on the Internet are not clean. At the same time, I know that there are very few video websites out there that have strictly clean videos. In response to my previous post I think that I will make Share Shows strictly clean videos or else it will easily be considered a Youtube clone. Share Shows will also be made dead simple for people that are not so familiar with the computer. I want to make a video website that everyone can use with emphasis on sharing videos with friends and family.
The website will be question-less. Meaning, there will be no questions that a user will need to ask. The design and function of the website will be clean and easy to use. I plan on targeting an audience that has not be targeted. If any of my faithful visitors of this blog are wondering what types of video will be featured on it. Know that they will all be clean and family friendly videos. Youtube is obviously not a good place for kids.
If you are reading this and are wondering how you can help. You can comment on this blog or donate via paypal off to the left, on this page. I need some feedback on what you as a reader would like to see accomplished with www.shareshows.com because I would like to make it clean and simple for everyone. I would like to setup video albums and have a search engine to search for public videos. Basically I will have strictly clean videos for kids and family. Also, Share Shows will be easy to use.

Video ChannelsVideo channels will be a means of categorizing videos. These categories may be Anime, Vehicles, Politics, HowTos, Games, and more. There will also be "sub-channels" or subcategories. For example, a subcategory for games could be Game Trailers. Video StreamsVideo streams will be the name of channels made by people. You could set up a stream of videos that you have uploaded and categorize then in any way you wish as long as it is within the layout parameters. At first I will allow owners of streams to change colors and choose from at least 8 layouts. In order to keep the website clean I will not allow pictures to be uploaded for now. I may in the future. Give me some feedback on what you would like the video streams to look like and how you want to have your videos laid out or displayed together. |
